Founded by Andrew Burns, a Durham University graduate with a PGCE from the University of East London, APB Maths Tuition was born from over 15 years of classroom teaching experience in the UK, where Andrew held senior positions including Head of Year, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Assistant Headteacher. His experience across diverse schools inspired a desire to offer more individualised support, helping students not only improve their grades but also genuinely understand and enjoy mathematics.
Today, APB Maths Tuition brings together a team of qualified teachers, examiners, and top UK graduates who share this vision.
